【油墨特性】
该油墨采用高级进口丙烯酸树脂和高级颜料经过细制研磨加工组合而成。对金属材质面具有优异的附着力和耐化学品性。其具有耐溶剂、耐冲压、耐弯曲，硬度好，涂层表面光滑。较适合于金属表面装饰。
 
【适用材料】
铁材、铝材、钢材、合金、电镀(含水电镀)、金属、阳极氧化铝表面、不锈钢表面、静电喷漆面及烤漆面等制品的丝印及移印，不需加固化剂，不需烘烤，即可获得优异的附着力。

【基本性能】
承印物：电镀材料
印刷后自然挥发干燥,表干需5-10分钟，实干24小时。
或150℃烘烤30分钟。
冷确48小时后进行性能测试：

【保质期】
  5℃—25℃条件下可存放两年，避免强光照射、防接触强酸、强碱。
 
【注意事项】
1、该油墨属于单组份自干型油墨，严格测试性能须在印刷后48小时以上再进行。
2、使用前充分搅拌，用后随时封闭。
3、不得与其它类型油墨混合使用。
4、套色印刷应等前面印的颜色表干20分钟后再套印下一颜色，一定待油墨完全干燥后再进行包装。

[basic performance]
Substrate: electroplating material
It will naturally evaporate and dry after printing. It takes 5-10 minutes to dry the table for 24 hours.
Bake for 30 minutes at 150 degrees centigrade.
Performance test after 48 hours cold.

[shelf life]
It can be stored for two years at 5 - 25 - C to avoid strong light, contact strong acid and strong alkali.

[cautions]
1, the ink is one from a dry ink, strict performance test shall be printed after more than 48 hours and then.
2, full agitation before use, after use at any time closed.
3, not to be mixed with other types of ink.
