耐汽油自干氧化铝油墨

 本产品主要用于各种金属、玻璃、真空电镀、水电镀、电泳、阳极氧化铝、电解板、铝塑板、喷塑、喷粉、静电喷漆面、烤漆面以及各种天花吊顶氧化板、镜面板、覆膜板、辊涂板等制品的丝印及移印。
油墨特性：
1、平光、附着力佳、耐汽油、耐化学品；
2、手感好，流平性佳、面光洁；
3、表面硬度好，耐冲击性能强、抗刮伤；
印刷：
选用网目为100-350目，以120T网纱计算涂覆盖面积每公斤达30~35㎡。
表干时间自然挥发5-15分钟，实干时间在24小时以内，48小时后达较佳性能。
1．用配套**稀释剂**
2．用718洗网水洗网。
3．或添加配套硬化剂10%可增加附着力,提高墨膜硬度。
4．烤箱80℃烘烤10分钟佳能更优。
测试方法（完全干燥后）：
1．3M胶纸粘在画有百格的油墨表面45度角迅速拉起不脱油。

使用方法：
1．建议用我公司**稀释剂进行稀释，不建议使用783慢干稀释剂稀释，使用前应充分搅拌，用后随时密封。
2．搅拌时加本公司配套**10-12%，稀释到印刷适合粘度，移印稀释使用移印**稀释剂；用718洗网水清洗。
3．不得与其它类型油墨混合使用，否则容易出现其他附着力，化学反应等不良现象。
4. 加入固化剂的油墨使用时限为8小时，过期请弃用，剩余油墨不可回收
注意事项：
1．各种承印物料的外观相似，但可能会是不同的材料，客户需先试印，确其符合要求后，再批量生产。
2．在移印过程中，如出现拉丝或散开，可适当加入一些慢干膏即可;
3．环境温度过高，将会影响油墨原有质量。白色追赶150都会变色，烘烤时请用木质材料垫底进行烘烤，不得直接接触铁
4．根据气候变化，请远离火源，阴暗处15度-30度环境下存放
【性能检测】
1、3M胶带划百格测试：**无脱落
2、耐冲压测试：1mm厚铝板180°折弯无变化。
3、耐酒精测试：用脱脂棉沾浓度99%工业酒精以500G力水平来回200次无脱色。

【注意事项】
1、先小量试印确认符合要求后再批量生产。
2、做好承印物的表面清除油脂及杂质工作，以促进附着效果。
3、附着力、硬度、耐酸性、耐酒精性、耐化学品性、抗划伤性、耐磨性等性能的检测，
需要完全固化后方可检测。
4、未经允许情况下，不得将本系列油墨与其它类型油墨混用及配色。
5、油墨，稀释剂使用及储存时严禁烟火。
6、使用时注意施工场所的通风状况良好，尽量避免**直接接触。
7、本品不慎溅入口、鼻、眼、耳内，应用大量水清洗或直接求助医生。

Ink characteristics:
1, Matt, adhesion, petrol, chemical resistance;

Printing:
Choose for 100-350 mesh mesh, 120T mesh with coverage area calculation per kilogram of 30~35 square meters.
The drying time naturally volatilized for 5-15 minutes, the actual drying time was within 24 hours, and the best performance was reached after 48 hours.

Test method (after complete drying):

Usage method：
1. it is suggested that we use our company's special diluent to dilute it and not recommend the use of 783 slow dry diluents. It should be fully stirred before use and sealed at any time after use.
2. add the company supporting stirring **10-12%, dilution to printing for viscosity, printing the dilution used printing special thinner; use clean water to wash the nets 718.
3. not to be used with other types of ink, otherwise other adhesion, chemical reaction and other bad phenomena.
4. the use time limit of the ink for curing agent is 8 hours, expired and the remaining ink can not be recycled
Matters needing attention：
1. the appearance of all kinds of printed materials is similar, but it may be different materials. The customer needs to test the printing before it meets the requirements and then is produced in batch.
2. in the process of transfer printing, such as drawing or dispersing, can appropriately add some slow dry paste;
3. the high temperature of the environment will affect the original quality of the ink. White beyond 150 will change color, when baking, please use wood material at the bottom to bake, no direct contact with iron
4. according to climate change, please keep away from the fire source and store the dark place at 15 degrees -30 degrees.
[performance detection]
1, 3M tape test: ** no shedding
2, resistance to stamping test: 1mm thick aluminum plate 180 degree bending no change.
3. Alcohol tolerance test: 99% industrial alcohol was stained with skimmed cotton at 500G force level for 200 times without decolorization.

[cautions]
1, the first small test print confirms that it meets the requirements and then batch production.
2, do a good job of removing oil and impurities on the surface of the material to promote the effect of attachment.
3, adhesion, hardness, acid resistance, alcohol resistance, chemical resistance, scratch resistance, wear resistance, etc.
Need to be completely cured in the rear and can be detected.
4. In the absence of permission, this series of ink can not be mixed with other types of ink and color matching.
5. Ink, the use and storage of diluents strictly prohibit fireworks.
6. In use, pay attention to the ventilation of the construction site and avoid direct contact as far as possible.
